Join Dr Amanda Bowen's Yoga Club for a rejuvenating Yoga Retreat Day on Saturday 14th September 2024 at All Things Must Pass Centre for Wellness in Wallasey. The event will run from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, giving participants a chance to unwind and connect with their mind, body, and soul through a range of yoga practices.
From gentle slow flow to yin yoga, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra, there's something for everyone at this retreat. In addition to the yoga sessions, attendees can also take part in a Law of Attraction workshop to discover how to turn their dreams into reality by identifying and removing any barriers hindering their manifestation.
