Vinyasa Yoga
It's a yoga style that gives us the opportunity to use our physical body as a tool of transformation and self-discovery. We connect traditional yoga postures, conscious movements, and breath-in challenging sequences allowing our bodies and minds to move in a dynamic, explorative and fun way.
These are high and medium intensity class.
