Yoga & More with Sarah is excited to announce their upcoming local Yoga event in Bracknell, Berkshire. This Yoga club offers a variety of classes aimed at enhancing women's wellness at every stage of life. Whether you're pregnant, a new mom, or experiencing perimenopause or menopause, there is something for everyone.
The Pregnancy Yoga classes are specifically designed to relieve pregnancy discomforts and prepare both body and mind for birth and motherhood. No previous experience of yoga is necessary to join these classes. Participants will learn movements and stretches accompanied by the breath, creating space and renewing energy. Tips and techniques for labour are also provided, ensuring a holistic approach to childbirth preparation. The Wednesday evening classes offer a welcoming and friendly environment.
The Women's Wellness Yoga classes are focused on promoting and enhancing overall health and well-being for women. Drawing on concepts from Yogalates and Restore Your Core ®, these classes offer a fun and varied experience. With flowing yoga sequences, exercises to strengthen the core and pelvic floor, and practices to ease tension, participants will leave feeling rejuvenated and calm. Suitable for women at any life stage, these classes take place on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, as well as Tuesday and Thursday mornings for specific age groups.
Mum & Baby Yoga classes are the perfect way to bond with your little one while rejuvenating your body. These relaxed and fun classes offer postnatal yoga for moms, interactive moves for mom and baby, and stimulating baby yoga exercises. Suitable for babies aged at least 6 weeks up until they become active crawlers, these classes provide gentle stretches to ease the strains caused by feeding and carrying the baby. Baby yoga sequences aid digestion and support the baby's development. Singing songs and nursery rhymes adds a delightful touch to the classes. Classes are held on Thursday mornings, allowing flexibility for moms to attend to their baby's needs.
