Yoga in the park

Come and unwind with Aireys Yoga at their daily Yoga in the park session. Starting bright and early at 9am, these sessions are the perfect way to kickstart your day with some rejuvenating yoga practice. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, everyone is welcome to join in the fun.

Located at the picturesque corner of Reserve Rd & Inlet Cres in Aireys Inlet, the serene setting will enhance your yoga experience. Take in the fresh air and soak up the natural beauty as you flow through your poses. It's a fantastic way to connect with your body and clear your mind.

The daily sessions will run from December 27th to January 29th, 2024 (excluding New Year's day). So mark your calendars and make sure to prioritize some self-care during this busy time of year. And don't worry about the weather - if it's raining, Aireys Yoga will have an alternative venue lined up.
