Join Island Healing for Yoga In The Park, a wonderful opportunity to unwind and reconnect with your inner zen amidst the beauty of Nanaimo, Canada. The series of outdoor yoga classes will take place every Tuesday and Thursday morning from July 2nd to August 29th.
Participants are encouraged to come prepared with their own yoga mats, water, blocks, bolster, strap, blanket, and towels to enhance their practice. In the event of inclement weather, the classes will still go ahead unless it poses a safety risk. Those interested in dropping in for a class are kindly requested to register for updates on park locations.
