Get ready for a brand new women's yoga class that will take you on a journey of wellbeing, strength, and balance. This one-hour session is all about mindfulness, providing a tranquil escape from the chaos of everyday life. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience with yoga, this class offers a supportive and secure space for you to find your inner strength, breathe, and let your cup be filled. Our instructor is a qualified yoga teacher specialising in hatha, pregnancy, and postnatal yoga, with a deep interest in women's health and wellbeing. These classes are particularly beneficial for those dealing with anxiety and low mood.

When: Every Monday, from 8 PM to 9 PM
Where: Upstairs at The Joff in Peacehaven
Now, let's talk about prices and booking guidance:
Classes will follow term times and take a break during school holidays. Priority will be given to those who book the full half-term, ensuring maximum participation. In case there are any remaining spots available, drop-in sessions will be opened on the day of the class. The drop-in fee is £10, whereas the term price for 6 weeks is £54, payable in advance at £9 per class.

3. Don't forget to fill out the health questionnaire after booking. It's a vital step for ensuring your safety during the class. If you're planning to go for the drop-in option, please make sure you complete a health form, so the instructor can keep it on file.
Here are the dates for our summer term:
- August 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th (a 4-week term for £36)
- September 11th, 18th, and 25th, and October 2nd, 9th, and 16th (a 6-week term for £54)
If you prefer to pay in two instalments, please inform the instructor in advance.
Now, what should you bring along to the class?
- Opt for comfortable clothing like joggers or yoga pants, a vest or t-shirt, and don't forget a jumper or hoodie for relaxation!
- Bring your own yoga mat (available for purchase at the class if needed).
- Don't forget to bring a cosy blanket.
- Feel free to bring any additional items to enhance your savasana experience, such as a weighted eye pillow or fluffy socks.
For the first session, we recommend bringing a mat and a blanket to see how it goes. Additional items can be purchased later based on your individual needs.
