Join Grainne Lamb Yoga and Pilates for a Yoga for Sleep Recovery workshop in Nottingham. The workshop is designed to help you learn the 5 steps to restore your sleep by working with your physical body, energy, mind, emotions, and natural equilibrium. Making sure you get enough quality sleep is crucial for your overall health, so it's important to aim for 7 to 9 hours each night.
During the workshop, you'll be taught simple yoga postures for the morning, evening, and in-between rest times. You'll also learn meditative practices to calm your mind, helping you fall asleep easier and stay asleep throughout the night. The workshop is available in short 'taster' versions to give you a taste of the Sleep Recovery basics, as well as more detailed sequences spread across 5 sessions for ongoing support and guidance.
