Pregnancy Yoga – Prenatal Yoga Class

Led by Vanessa Shribman, a qualified birth educator, these classes provide gentle stretches, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises to support the changing needs of your body and prepare you for childbirth. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, these classes are suitable for all stages of pregnancy.
To join any of our yoga classes, simply visit the Body Voice Centre located at 50 Wolverhampton St, Footscray. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to settle in and give yourself time to unwind before the session starts. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, and bring your own yoga mat if you have one (although we do provide mats for those who don't have their own).
