Yoga for Vitality classes mainly follow a vinyasa style, aiming to strengthen your arms, legs, and core while moving mindfully with your breath. As you become stronger, you will also feel more relaxed. These classes prioritise correct alignment, listening to your body's needs, and refining your movements to maximise the benefits of your practice. Each Yoga for Vitality class concludes with pranayama (mindful breathwork) and savasana (relaxation) to fully integrate the practice and deeply relax the nervous system. These classes are 75 minutes long and are available at three locations: Nundah State School Hall, Geebung Uniting Church Hall, and Tracy's private studio in Nundah. Mindful Chi Flow is a therapeutic flowing practice that combines elements of Calligraphy yoga, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and Yoga Therapy. This unique practice is designed to melt tension from your body and mind while improving the flow of chi (energy), ultimately enhancing your overall health and well-being. The circular spiraling movements in Mindful Chi Flow gently mobilise your joints, free your spine, improve digestion, increase circulation, and deeply calm the nervous system, leading to improved sleep quality. As you flow slowly with your breath, the practice becomes a moving meditation, helping you focus and calm your mind. Each Mindful Chi Flow class concludes with pranayama (breathing exercises) and a mindfulness meditation. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
