Join Sarah Barguirdjian for Tuesday evening Yoga classes at The Community Centre in Colden Common from April 16th to May 21st. The classes run from 7:00pm to 8:15pm and are open to women and men over 16. Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome, from beginners to the more advanced. These slow-paced classes focus on physical pose work, self-awareness, and the connection of mind, body, and breath. They are ideal for athletes seeking to improve range of motion and strength, as well as individuals aiming to relax, release tension, improve balance, posture, and sleep quality. Additionally, participants will learn meditation and pranayama techniques, have the opportunity to meet like-minded people, and end their day on a positive note. Remember to bring your own mat, towel, and water bottle for the session.
