Experience grounding and centering yoga and meditation classes with Jan Bond, at Spirit Mind Body Wellness, a Yoga club in Peregian Beach. These 1.5-hour classes combine hatha yoga asanas with complimentary stretch and strength exercises, focusing on core strength, lower back strength, pelvic floor, and building the entire muscular system. After the physical practice, Jan leads a 30-minute guided meditation for deep relaxation. All ages are welcome, and no prior experience is required. Private and small group sessions are available upon request. Jan is also available to teach at external venues and for groups.
The classes take place at 76 Peregian Breeze Drive, Peregian Beach, QLD. The cost for online classes is $10 per person per class, and in-studio classes are by donation.

Jan Bond, a certified Yoga teacher with 40 years of experience, offers Certified Yoga Teacher Training as well. She has studied at the prestigious White Lotus Institute in California. The classes have no religious affiliation.
