Founder and lead instructor Wendy Davies is a passionate and dedicated E-RYT 200-hr Registered Yoga Teacher with a wealth of experience in holistic wellness practices. Since 2013, Wendy has been sharing her knowledge and expertise, empowering her students to deepen their practice and connect with their inner selves.

At Yinstill Yoga, you can expect a range of classes, including Hatha Yoga for physical alignment and balance, as well as Yin Yoga for deep relaxation and meditation. Previously located at The Lewis Centre in downtown Courtenay and The dEsterre House in downtown Comox, Yinstill Yoga has now transitioned to live online classes via Zoom.
