Welcome to Ying Yoga, a tranquil and rejuvenating yoga studio located in the heart of Newmarket. Founded in 2016 by a passionate yoga teacher, Ying Yoga offers a welcoming space for individuals to explore the beauty of their body and mind through the practise of yoga.
Ying, the guiding force behind Ying Yoga, embarked on a yoga teacher training course in 2016 with the intention of deepening her own practise. However, upon completion, she discovered a wonderful gift within herself – the ability to share her passion and introduce others to the transformative power of yoga.
At Ying Yoga, the focus is on creating space and freedom within the body. Through carefully curated classes and workshops, Ying encourages her students to explore and tap into their inner reservoirs of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
