Join Dr Amanda Bowen Yoga Club for a transformative 6-week course of Yin Yoga and Mindfulness classes at All Things Must Pass Centre for Wellness in Wallasey. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner looking to explore the benefits of yoga, this course is designed to help you release stress, worries, and anxiety through a blend of ancient wisdom and modern practices.

Dr Amanda Bowen, the experienced instructor, brings a unique perspective to the classes as someone who has overcome personal struggles with chronic fatigue syndrome, PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Through meditation, breathing exercises, and long-held postures, participants will have the opportunity to dive deep into the connective tissue and organs, releasing toxins and negative emotions along the way.

The course will guide you through the different chakras, or energy centers, focusing on recognizing imbalances and positively influencing life experiences. Each 2-hour session is a safe and cozy space for meditation, gentle yin flow, mindfulness, and guided chakra meditation. From the Root chakra for survival and security to the Third Eye chakra for intuition and wisdom, you'll explore a range of themes to enhance your well-being.
