Lynne's passion for fitness started during her teenage years when she played county badminton. After working as a Civil Engineer, Lynne took a career break and pursued her interest in fitness, becoming a qualified Exercise to Music Instructor in 1999.
Lynne's qualifications extend beyond Exercise to Music, as she is also a GP referral Fitness Instructor, Pilates Instructor, Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach, Specialist Biomechanics Coach, Sports Massage Therapist, and a qualified Life Coach. With her diverse skillset, Lynne is able to provide a holistic approach to fitness and well-being.
In addition to managing Yeofit, Lynne also oversees exercise classes in the Chew Valley area. These classes are delivered with passion and energy, helping individuals improve their physical condition and overall health. From Zumba to Pilates, the Chew Valley classes cater to a variety of fitness preferences.
