Practise, no matter their age, ability, or background. I discovered yoga over 10 years ago, and it has since become a fundamental part of my life. I completed my teacher training in India and have been teaching ever since. Furthermore, I have a passion for helping others discover the transformative power of yoga and creating a welcoming and inclusive space for all.

Alice Robertson Yoga has been a part of my life for over 15 years. It has been a source of healing, strength, and personal growth for me, and I am grateful to be able to share that with others. My classes are focused on mindfulness and self-care, creating a space where students can connect with their bodies, breath, and inner selves. I believe that yoga is for everybody, and I am dedicated to making it accessible and enjoyable for all.
