Yasodhara Ashram

Yasodhara Ashram is a tranquil retreat centre nestled in the serene surroundings of Kootenay Bay, offering a range of guided yoga retreats, self-guided retreats, intensive courses, and selfless service stays. Guests at Yasodhara Ashram can enjoy spacious accommodations and beautiful natural surroundings while exploring the teachings of Yasodhara Yoga. The retreat centre's rates are designed to be affordable, starting at $200 per day. This includes comfortable accommodations, three nutritious meals a day sourced from the organic garden and local produce, teachings from experienced instructors, and the support of the Ashram community. In addition, guests can appreciate the stunning vistas of the Kootenay Bay area, contributing to a peaceful and rejuvenating experience.

Yasodhara Ashram also supports initiatives such as The Reconciliation Fund, which aims to rectify past injustices by donating funds to First Nations non-profit organizations. The Ashram's Indigenous Bursary Program provides opportunities for First Nations, Mtis, and Inuit peoples to participate in the retreat programs, with a special invitation to the Ktunaxa and Sinixt peoples on whose unceded territory the Ashram is located.
