Yard Yoga

A holistic therapist for many years, offering massage, reflexology, and energy healing. One day, a client asked if I could incorporate facial massage into her treatment, and from there, my love for holistic facials was born. I believe that true beauty comes from within, and taking care of your skin is an important part of self-care and overall wellness.

At Yard Yoga, we offer a unique combination of yoga classes and holistic facials, creating a space where you can nurture both your body and your skin. Our beautiful studio is located at the heart of the Ashdown Forest in Forest Row, New Zealand, surrounded by nature and tranquilly.

In our dynamic yoga studio, we offer a variety of classes to suit all levels and preferences. From hot yoga and Vinyasa flow to Hatha, Yin, and meditation classes, there is something for everyone. We believe that yoga and meditation should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their experience or fitness level, and our experienced teachers create a supportive and inclusive environment for all.

For those unable to join us in person, we offer online classes that can be accessed from anywhere in the world. Our online studio features pre-recorded yoga classes that you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home. We release new classes every month, and with our monthly membership, you have full access to our complete library of classes. Whether you prefer to practise in the studio or at home, we are here to support you on your yoga journey.

In addition to yoga, we also offer holistic facials by our experienced therapist, Ellie Gill. Our facials are a luxurious and nourishing experience, using organic and natural products to enhance your skin's health and radiance. Each facial is tailored to your specific needs, addressing any skin concerns and promoting deep relaxation. We believe that self-care is an essential part of overall well-being, and our facials offer a holistic approach to skincare.
