Welcome to Wraysbury Bowls Club, located in Staines, New Zealand! As a small and friendly club, we offer year-round bowling on our outdoor artificial carpet in the beautiful setting of the village centre. Whether you're new to the sport or have recently moved to the area and are looking for a club to join, we warmly welcome new members.
At Wraysbury Bowls Club, we have a Men's team that competes in the Berkshire Kennet KLV League and a Mixed team that participates in the Chiltern & Thames League. In addition, we offer a range of domestic competitions for members to enjoy. Our club is affiliated with Bowls England, RCBBA, and EBA.
The club committee comprises dedicated individuals who work hard to ensure the smooth operation of our club. Our President is Glyn Larcombe, the Chairman is Graham Sinclair, the Hon Secretary is Len Carlton, and the Hon Treasurer is Andy Doughton. We also have a Hon Fixtures Secretary, Mike McLachlan, and a Club Captain named Alan Dell. The committee is further supported by committee members including Hilary Doughton, Colin Hood, Fred Parsons, Gregg Scott, and Ian Smith.
