With a passion for fitness and a decade of experience in the industry, Samit is dedicated to helping individuals reach their fitness goals and transform their bodies and lifestyles.
Samit's fitness journey began in his early teens when he discovered weight training and was inspired by professional bodybuilders such as Arnold Schwarzenegger, Mike O'Hearn, Reg Park, and Lou Ferrigno. He was fascinated by their strength and body structures, which ignited his own desire to build a lean and bulky physique. Through hard work, dedication, and a consistent structured regime, Samit achieved his fitness goals and became a qualified personal trainer in 2010.
Motivated by his passion for fitness, Samit decided to establish his own business and created the brand “Samit Fitness. ” The name was inspired by the word “Summit,” which represents the highest, most successful, or most important point in something. Samit's aim is to help clients reach their own fitness summits by designing tailored programmes that meet their individual needs.
Samit Fitness offers a range of services to cater to all fitness levels and goals. The gym is open six days a week and provides a free 30-minute consultation for new clients. With Technogym equipment, clients have access to state-of-the-art machines that ensure effective workouts. Complimentary water bottles are provided upon arrival to keep clients hydrated during their sessions.
Samit Fitness also offers exercise guidance and correction to ensure clients perform movements correctly and minimise the risk of injuries. Whether clients prefer structured packages or pay-as-you-go options, Samit Fitness has flexible options to suit everyone's needs. Nutritional guidance is also provided to help clients develop a healthier relationship with food and achieve optimal results.
For those who enjoy group workouts, Samit Fitness offers Tabata and Circuit classes once a week. These classes provide a fun and motivating atmosphere, allowing clients to push themselves and achieve their fitness goals together. Weekly check-ins are conducted to monitor progress and make any necessary adjustments to the programme.
