This uplifting and healing sound meditation invites you to chant mantras together, regardless of your singing abilities. Through this meditative practice, we aim to connect our voices to our hearts. Kirtan originated in Southern India as part of the Bhakti Yoga tradition. If you prefer, feel free to bring your own meditation cushion or chair. Additionally, we offer diagnostic 1-2-1 sessions, where we assess your needs and recommend suitable classes accordingly. For individuals with more serious health concerns, such as post-surgery recovery, support during treatment for a serious or chronic illness, or stress-related issues, our yoga therapy 1-2-1 sessions can provide invaluable support.
