The Women's Hockey Club of Toronto (WHCT) is a vibrant and inclusive adult recreational non-body-checking ice hockey league based in Toronto, Canada. The league is open to women, trans, nonbinary, and two-spirited individuals who are queer/trans/nonbinary-inclusive. The WHCT was established in 1993 with the intention of providing a safe and welcoming space for gay and gay-positive women to play hockey. Over the years, the league has evolved to become inclusive of trans and non-binary players, making it one of the largest queer women's hockey leagues in North America.
With 12 teams, each consisting of 15 players including a goalie, the WHCT strives to create a balanced and inclusive environment for players of all skill levels.
