Our women's classes are specially designed to support hormonal and spiritual balance, making them perfect for women throughout their monthly cycles. Each session has a different focus, allowing you to explore various aspects of your practice. The carefully chosen asanas (poses) in our classes are specifically designed to regulate hormones and provide the much-needed relief you deserve. It's all about finding that inner calm and balance.
To make it convenient for you, our classes are booked in 8-week blocks at a cost of £78. This gives you the opportunity to commit to your practice and experience the benefits over a longer period of time. However, we also understand that trying something new can be intimidating, so we offer a trial class option for £9.75. This way, you can dip your toes in the water before fully committing to the block.
Our classes are held at three different locations throughout Worcestershire. You can find us on Tuesdays in Fernhill Heath, Wednesdays at The Wellbeing Tree in Bromsgrove, and Thursdays at Willow Barn in Worcester. No matter where you are, there's a class near you!
