WMA (Keighley)

Join WMA with Chris Woodhead and his amazing team for some top-notch martial arts training in Keighley! Since 2016, they've been helping folks of all ages learn new skills in a supportive environment.

For the little ones aged 4-7, the WMA Dragons class is a 40-minute session that’s all about building confidence and having fun. Kids aged 7-12 can jump into the Junior Karate class, where they’ll get a great mix of fitness, self-defence, and character-building in a 1-hour session.

Older kids and adults (13 and up) can join the Senior Karate class for 1 hour and 15 minutes of fitness, self-defence, and mental discipline. And if you're up for a serious workout, check out the Kickboxing classes, also 1 hour and 15 minutes long, perfect for ages 13 and up.
