They’ll assist you in improving your mobility, movement, posture, and overall fitness.
One of the highlights at The Wishing Well is their range of tech and equipment designed to help you hit your wellbeing targets in just 30 minutes. The expert team ensures you're comfortable and enjoying yourself every step of the way.
Pressed for time? No worries. The Wishing Well offers Vibrogym Evolution Vibration Plate workouts that only take 20 minutes. These plates provide a full-body workout that's quick but effective.
There's also the SlimWell 360 massage machine. It’s great for relaxing those sore joints and muscles with heated massages of varying intensity. With its comfy heated bed and cooling face fan, it’s perfect for de-stressing and rejuvenating.
