The 60-minute sessions, held in central Cheltenham, start and end with master level Reiki to promote balance and optimum health. Held on Sunday evenings from 7-8 pm, these sessions are designed to help you re-balance, recharge, and reset for the upcoming week. Beginners are encouraged to join in - no experience necessary!
The use of heat during sessions aids in detoxification and helps warm the body, mind, and soul. Remember to bring a towel and plenty of water to every session. You can bring your own mat or hire one for £2 per session at the studio.
