Our gym also features dumbbells ranging from 1 kg to 65 kg, an abs room, stretching area, soft plyometric boxes, gymnastic rings, and an outdoor gym with a rig, Olympic barbells, and a full set of dumbbells. We also have a studio where we offer free member classes, designed to keep your workouts diverse and exciting.

That's why we offer additional services such as the GP Referral Scheme, which allows members to receive specialised workout programmes from our experienced trainers.
