Wing Chun Martial Arts in Richmond is a dedicated school that offers traditional training in the art of Wing Chun. Led by Sifu Leo Lit, a student of the renowned Grandmaster Tsui Sheung Tin, our school follows the lineage of Ip Man and aims to preserve the authenticity and effectiveness of this martial art.
Our syllabus includes the three empty hand forms of Siu Nim Tau, Chum Kiu, and Biu Gee, which lay the groundwork for mastering the unique principles of balance, structure, and intent in Wing Chun. Partner training in Chi Sau allows students to refine their techniques in a dynamic and challenging environment, building skills in close-range striking and trapping.
For those interested in traditional weapons training, we offer instruction in the Mook Yan Jong, Look Dim Boon Gun, and Baat Jam Do. These tools not only enhance the practitioner's physical conditioning but also deepen their understanding of Wing Chun tactics and principles.
