Sifu Carmen Choy Sifu Carmen has been practising Choy Lai Fut kung fu for over 40 years and is known for her strong foundation in basics, fluidity in movement, and her expertise in lion dance performances. Both instructors are passionate about passing on their knowledge and experience to the next generation of martial artists.
