Michael Machel started his golfing career at Avon Valley Golf and Country Club in 1991 and has since become certified by the PGA of Canada in level I-IV Golf Teaching & Coaching. With a Bachelor's Degree in Science from Dalhousie University and a Professional Golf Management Certificate from Camosun College in British Columbia, Michael has traveled across Canada and the US to compete in tournaments and further develop his skills.
Michael's teaching philosophy focuses on making golf fun and simple, with an emphasis on proper body motion and the fundamentals of the game. He has a passion for promoting junior excellence and has instructed junior programs at various golf clubs around the Maritimes.
