Wimbledon Muay Thai offers a range of classes to cater to different age groups and skill levels. The kids classes, known as “Muay dek,” are designed for children aged 6 to 15 years. These classes involve supervised pad and bag work, fitness training, and technique development. Younger children (6-9 years) focus on technique through pad work, while the older group (10–15 years) practises in partnered pad work.
Mixed age classes cater to both age groups.
For adults, there are fitness classes tailored for beginners, known as “Muay mai,” and intermediate levels, known as “Muay siam. ” These classes incorporate pad and bag work, as well as focused technique and fitness training, customised to each individual's skill level.
Wimbledon Muay Thai also offers sparring classes for those looking to take their training to the next level. The Open pad/sparring class combines padwork and sparring, while the Beginner sparring class introduces members to the art of sparring. The Fighters class is an advanced level class designed for fighters only. All sparring classes involve sparring, clinching, and fitness training.
It is important to note that sparring classes require trainer approval and participants must have full protective gear.

Booking is required, and participants are required to bring their own boxing gloves, handwraps, water, and sweat towel. The gym does not provide gear for borrowing, so it is essential to come prepared.

Membership options for general classes include 12 months, 6 months, and 1 month memberships. The fees range from $30. 50 to $200 per week or month, depending on the selected membership option. Please note that a joining fee of $30 applies, and payment options are available through direct debit on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis.
