Tai Chi Chuan, often referred to simply as Tai Chi or TaiJi, is the full name of this art form. It is not only an effective form of self-defence but also a practise that cultivates life, health, and the wholesome evolution of the body and mind. Unlike other martial arts that rely on muscle power, Tai Chi uses inner energy application, making it suitable for individuals of all ages and fitness levels.
