Harpsden Cricket Club

Welcome to Harpsden Cricket Club! Located in the Harpsden Valley, on the outskirts of Henley-on-Thames, our cricket club has a rich history dating back to 1887. In 2012, we proudly celebrated our 125th anniversary.

Our club is known for having one of the finest grounds in the area, which was recognised as the best ground in the Thames Valley League in 2021. We are honoured to host numerous representative games throughout the season.

As part of our growth and development, we have expanded our teams over the years. Starting with just one team in 2014, we now have two adult Saturday league teams. Our 1st XI competes in Division 3a of the Thames Valley League, while our 2nd XI plays in the Chilterns Division 1a. In addition, we have a thriving youth section with teams at under 11, 13, and 15 representing our club.

At Harpsden Cricket Club, we are passionate about improving our grounds and facilities. Thanks to generous grants, we have successfully completed several projects, including a new changing room in 2020, ground works in 2013, and a pavilion project in 2013. These projects have greatly enhanced the experience for our players and visitors.
