Explore & Play, held on Mondays at 6:30pm at Little Bear, is a session that allows members to take a slower pace and focus on developing strength, stability, mobility, and movement exploration. Strength & Conditioning sessions take place on Tuesdays at 6:15pm and 7:30pm at Little Bear Estate, providing individuals with a challenging and dynamic workout. For experienced members, the WildStrong Club Class is available on Wednesdays at 6:30pm, Thursdays at 7pm, and Fridays at 9am.

These smaller-sized classes allow for the exploration of new and complex movements, as well as the active participation of the coaches.
