Victoria Waits, affectionately known as “Victoria Hey Wildling,” is an experienced yoga instructor with over 10 years of teaching and over 13 years of personal practise. Yoga has been the cornerstone of her life, providing a foundation for a beautiful lifestyle and business centred around helping others. She incorporates various styles of yoga with philosophies inspired by yoga, Eastern modalities, and an understanding of human nature. Through movement and knowledge, Victoria helps her students rewire and retrain their body and mind, fostering acceptance, emotional balance, and stress reduction.

Wildlove Yoga offers a range of classes and workshops to cater to different needs and preferences. The biweekly Flow Yoga classes focus on strengthening, stretching, and recalibrating the body, while the Yin Yoga classes provide a deep practise that offers stillness, calmness, and deep flexibility. Whether you are a member or a non-member of the centre, you can easily book classes through the website, app, or by phone. Mats and equipment are provided, but it is encouraged to bring your own if you have them.
