What classes and training do you offer?

We offer non-heated personalized yoga and strength training classes designed to build strength and flexibility, reduce stress, and support wellbeing. Styles include prenatal yoga, strength training, yoga for seniors, restorative, yin, Ashtanga, parent and baby, and flow for all ages and stages.

Where do classes take place and who can join?

We are located in the lower level of the Village Lifestyle Centre at 4039 Brentwood Road NW in Calgary’s NW. All levels are welcome, including options like prenatal, seniors, and parent and baby.

How do I join or register, and is there an offer for new students?

You can join now and check the schedule and pricing. New to the studio, you can get your first month for just $49 (+gst).
