

Have dedicated myself to deepening my practise and sharing the benefits of yoga with others. I am a certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher and have additional training in prenatal and postnatal yoga. I believe that yoga is a powerful tool for self-discovery, healing, and growth, and I am committed to creating a safe and nurturing space for students to explore their practise and connect with themselves on a deeper level.
In my classes, I focus on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where students of all levels can feel supported and empowered. I encourage students to listen to their bodies and honour their individual needs, offering modifications and variations to cater to different abilities and experience levels. My teaching style is dynamic and flowing, with an emphasis on breath awareness and mindful movement. I love incorporating creative sequencing, music, and meditation into my classes to enhance the overall experience.

Located in the beautiful City Beach at Bold Park Aquatic, our studio offers a serene and inspiring space for yoga practise. The Multi-Purpose Room, surrounded by trees, provides a tranquil setting where students can reconnect with nature and find inner peace. The room is equipped with air-conditioning, making it comfortable all year round, and is complemented by an adjoining courtyard where students can relax and socialise after class.
In addition to our regular classes, we also offer special events, workshops, and retreats throughout the year. These experiences provide an opportunity for students to deepen their practise, learn from guest teachers, and immerse themselves in a transformative and enriching yoga journey.
