As a Meditation instructor, Yoga instructor, and Aromatherapist, I hold diplomas in Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and three Yoga qualifications. With over a decade of experience in the field of holistic health, I have helped over 100 clients find their way to better health and balance. I understand the value of having a steady support system, as I have been through my own personal breakdowns and recovery. My goal is to provide a safe and nurturing space for women to explore and heal their mind, body, and soul.
