Led by passionate and experienced instructor Tatjana, whYoga offers individualized sessions that support individual development and promote relaxation. Tatjana combines her background in developmental services with her extensive training in yoga, yoga therapy, rhythmic movement training, and Thai yoga massage to create a holistic yoga experience for each student.
Each yoga session at whYoga is approached mindfully and playfully, creating a safe and nurturing space for students to explore their practice.
