Welcome to White Crane Tai Chi Club, a renowned Tai Chi school located in Welwyn Garden City. Classes at White Crane Tai Chi Club are held at the Ludwick Family Centre, Hall Grove in Welwyn Garden City, with the postcode AL7 4PH.
- Mondays from 2:30 to 3:30pm: This class is suitable for both beginners and individuals with some experience in Tai Chi.
- Thursdays from 2:15 to 3:15pm: This class is specifically designed for individuals with a more advanced level of Tai Chi experience.
During these classes, our experienced instructor will teach you either the Yang style Short Form (Mondays) or the Long Form (Thursdays). You will receive expert guidance from our instructor to ensure proper form and technique.
To make Tai Chi accessible to everyone, we offer the first class for free. This allows you to come and try it out without any obligation. We believe that once you experience the benefits of Tai Chi, you will become a regular member of our club.
