White Crane Tai Chi Club

Welcome to White Crane Tai Chi Club, a renowned Tai Chi school located in Welwyn Garden City. Tai Chi is a slow form of exercise that is suitable for individuals of all ages, from young to old, and originates from China. It is practised daily by millions of individuals around the world. The beauty and grace of Tai Chi make it a captivating activity to witness.

By participating in Tai Chi, individuals will experience a calming effect on their minds, as well as improved balance, coordination, and flexibility. This exercise also helps to strengthen the joints without causing any strain. Doctors and heart specialists highly recommend Tai Chi for its numerous health benefits. Furthermore, there are suggestions that regular practise of Tai Chi may help slow down the onset of dementia.

Classes at White Crane Tai Chi Club are held at the Ludwick Family Centre, Hall Grove in Welwyn Garden City, with the postcode AL7 4PH.

- Mondays from 2:30 to 3:30pm: This class is suitable for both beginners and individuals with some experience in Tai Chi.

- Thursdays from 2:15 to 3:15pm: This class is specifically designed for individuals with a more advanced level of Tai Chi experience.

During these classes, our experienced instructor will teach you either the Yang style Short Form (Mondays) or the Long Form (Thursdays). You will receive expert guidance from our instructor to ensure proper form and technique.

To make Tai Chi accessible to everyone, we offer the first class for free. This allows you to come and try it out without any obligation. We believe that once you experience the benefits of Tai Chi, you will become a regular member of our club.
