Our signature programme, Breaking the Cycle C. L. E. A.

N. R. living therapy, was developed by our founder and trauma-informed health and wellness mentor, Chris Tuck. Having personally experienced the impacts of adverse childhood experiences and trauma, Chris created this groundbreaking programme to help others become mentally and physically fitter and more resilient.

The Breaking the Cycle programme operates on the principle of 7 Pillars: mindset, nutrition, fitness, and stress management. By addressing these key areas, we provide our clients with the tools and support they need to overcome obstacles and create positive lasting change in their lives.

One of our core beliefs is that fitness should be accessible to all, regardless of age or physical limitations. Our classes are tailored to be age-appropriate, varied, and adaptable to accommodate any individuals needs and limitations, such as dodgy knees or other conditions. We strive to create a safe and inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable and supported on their wellness journey.

One popular class at West Wickham Health and Fitness is Early Risers. While the start time may seem early to some, our clients find it perfect for their schedules and needs. The positive energy and genuine kindness of our founder, Chris, create a supportive environment where clients feel encouraged to persevere, even when faced with pain or discomfort.
