Welcome to AH Yoga in the Old Church, West Wickham Methodist Church. AH Yoga is a community centre and yoga studio founded by Angela Hulm, a dedicated Iyengar yoga instructor with over 15 years of experience. Angela offers classes for beginners and improvers, focusing on improving posture, developing a personal practise, and experiencing strength, stability, peace, and relaxation.
Both in-person and online classes are available at AH Yoga. Angela's home studio is located at 21 Addington Rd, West Wickham, and classes can also be accessed through Zoom. The class schedule is provided on the AH Yoga website and can be easily accessed for convenience.

Iyengar yoga is a method of yoga named after Yogacharya Sri BKS Iyengar. It focuses on detail, precision, and alignment. In classes, Angela will guide you in correctly aligning your body in poses, ensuring your safety and development in flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. To register for classes, simply download the registration form from the website and email it to Angela. Payment can be made through bank transfer. Monthly schedules and updates will be sent via email, and a Whats app group will be created for each class to provide support and guidance for your home practise. Angela Hulm holds an MBA, DipM, and Cert Ed Level 2 in Iyengar yoga. She is dedicated to helping her students find light on their yoga journey and welcomes all to attend her classes.
