The official opening ceremony of the club occurred on Saturday, June 28, 1902.
The Westmount Lawn Bowling Club prides itself on fostering a sense of community and camaraderie among its members. As Willie Brown once said, “A feeling of comradeship, of sportsmanship, and of generous rivalry seems to pervade the whole membership. “ This sentiment is echoed throughout the club, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for both novice and experienced players alike.
