These classes are incredibly popular and tend to sell out quickly, so we offer block bookings to guarantee your spot.

If you're looking to improve your flexibility and strength, our Fierce & Flexible classes are perfect for you. These classes alternate focus between upper and lower body exercises each week, providing a comprehensive guide to stretching your body safely. Suitable for both experienced polers and non-polers, these classes can be attended on a drop-in basis or through block bookings.

For those who prefer a more one-on-one approach, we offer Private Tuition. With private tuition, you'll receive personalised instruction tailored to your specific pole or flexibility goals. This option is ideal for those who require extra attention or struggle with a class environment. Simply contact us with your availability, and we'll work out a time that suits you.

Planning a special event? Our Pole Parties are the perfect way to celebrate birthdays, hen parties, or any other occasion. We offer tailor-made party packages to suit your needs, starting at 15 per person per hour with a minimum of 5 participants. Contact us for more information and to make your booking.
