At West Coast Barbell Club, we offer a range of membership options to suit different preferences and budgets. Our “Barbell Basics” membership starts at $60 per week and includes access to our barbell club programming and group coaching during club hours four days a week. This is a great option for individuals who want to follow a structured barbell strength training programme without personalised programming.
For those looking for a more comprehensive training experience, our “Team Training” membership is $70 per week. This includes personalised programming tailored to your individual needs and goals, unlimited access to our club hours group coaching, and nutrition guidance. Our coaches are highly knowledgeable and will provide you with the guidance and support needed to achieve your strength and fitness goals.
In addition to our in-person services, we also offer online coaching to clients across Australia, Europe, and Asia. Our online coaching service is $43 per week and includes personalised programming and frequent communication with our Head Coach Ben via our True Coach app.
