In addition to our gym rooms, Wellow Fitness Centre offers personalised one-on-one training sessions with experienced and certified personal trainers. We also offer Pilates classes, taught by highly trained and experienced instructors. We are open from Monday to Friday, with extended hours on weekdays to accommodate those with busy schedules. On Saturdays, we have shorter hours, and we are closed on Sundays. Our gym is conveniently located on Ryedown Lane in East Wellow, Romsey, Hampshire, adjacent to the Golf Club. We have ample parking available for our members.
