In addition to our gym rooms, Wellow Fitness Centre offers personalised one-on-one training sessions with experienced and certified personal trainers. Our trainers are passionate about helping individuals reach their fitness goals and will work closely with you to create a customised exercise and nutrition plan that fits your specific needs.
We also offer Pilates classes, taught by highly trained and experienced instructors. Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on strengthening the core muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body awareness and control. Our classes cater to all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
At Wellow Fitness Centre, we understand that fitness is not just about exercise. That's why we offer a range of additional services to support your overall well-being. We are open from Monday to Friday, with extended hours on weekdays to accommodate those with busy schedules. On Saturdays, we have shorter hours, and we are closed on Sundays. Our gym is conveniently located on Ryedown Lane in East Wellow, Romsey, Hampshire, adjacent to the Golf Club. We have ample parking available for our members.
