Weekend Retreat at Claridge House

Looking for a quiet place to retreat? Join Lisa Askem Yoga Teacher for a weekend retreat at Claridge House and start the new year in a peaceful and tranquil environment. Situated within an hour from London, Claridge House offers a peaceful escape, with beautiful gardens and a calm atmosphere. The retreat will take place from 7th to 9th June 2024, with an optional sleep session, yoga nidra, and deep relaxation on the night before the retreat begins.

Upon arrival on Friday afternoon, guests will be welcomed with tea and cake. The retreat includes single occupancy ensuite accommodation, with the option for couples to share a room. All meals throughout the weekend are included and are vegetarian.

The schedule includes morning meditations and two yoga sessions on Saturday. Friday evening will feature an hour of restorative yoga, and Sunday morning will have a 90-minute yoga practice before lunch. The weekend will conclude after lunch on Sunday.

The cost of the retreat is £450, with a deposit of £100 required to secure your place. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable but can be used for another date if you need to cancel.

Guests can also book for the alternative dates of 7th-10th June and 11th-13th October 2024.
