Led by Lauren Bailey, Director and Physiotherapist, Waterfront Physiotherapy & Pilates has over 16 years of experience in private practise and sports. Lauren has worked with a diverse range of clientele, including sports teams, athletes, dancers, and musculoskeletal patients of all ages. Her areas of expertise include complex cases, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, pre/postnatal care, and pelvic and hip pain.
Lauren's extensive experience and dedication to continuous learning ensure that clients receive the most up-to-date and effective treatments. She is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and has completed advanced training in sports physiotherapy, Pilates, women's health, and post-surgical care and rehabilitation.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lauren has a personal background in gymnastics and diving, competing nationally during her youth. As a sponsored athlete, she has also competed in marathon running and long course/Ironman triathlon, giving her a unique insight into the benefits of Pilates for injury prevention and rehabilitation.
